After many weeks of rehearsal, students in Year 1 and Year 2 took to the stage to perform in Cinderella in front of their parents, siblings and teachers. Despite it being one of the most well-known stories in the world, the audience was at once enthralled and amused by the innovative BSN version, which drew its inspiration from Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes.

The colourful costumes and creative backdrops made the perfect setting to showcase our student's talent; they sang, danced and acted with real enthusiasm and passion to create a perfectly timed show that had everyone laughing and gasping at turns (think deplorable Prince and unexpected beheading) until the very end.

A big congratulations to all the students for creating such a magical show, and to the staff and volunteer parents for their hard work in ensuring the production was enjoyed by both the cast and audience alike. Those who attended could still be heard humming bits of the catchy tunes from the performance the following week.
